GEA Niro Soavi hires Yeremian Associates

Yeremian Associates, of Newbury, has been assigned to handle the communication, advertising and public relations program for GEA Niro Soavi North America, an international leader in the field of high pressure homogenization.

GEA Niro Soavi is based in Parma, Italy, and is part of the GEA Process Equipment Group with its corporate headquarters in Germany.

The agency will be implementing a targeted advertising, public relations and conducting a series of direct marketing programs.

Yeremian Associates is a fully integrated marketing/advertising/public relations agency servicing business-to-business clients worldwide for corporate branding initiatives by utilizing its creative service capabilities in advertising, direct marketing and public relations.

Align Credit Union hires new home financing consultant

Align has announced that Louise Murphy has joined the mortgage team as a home financing consultant.

Murphy brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate, mortgage and insurance industries. Her diverse background gives her a unique understanding of both the buying and selling process. As a real estate agent in the Greater Newburyport and Amesbury area for 10 years, she was consistently a top seller, pairing over 600 buyers with new homes. She also assisted with business development, training and managing sales staff. After that, she transitioned to the mortgage business, working to secure loans for a diverse range of buyers and properties.

Murphy will primarily be working out of Align’s newest branch at 19 Haverhill Road in Amesbury to deliver a variety of home financing solutions, including new loans and refinances as well as home equity loans and lines of credit.
