Summer cocktails at Greetings by Design

Proactive Chiropractic opens in Salisbury

Dr. Meaghan M. Newman is establishing an office at 167 Elm St., in the Rangeway Center plaza next to Jurassic Mini Golf, Simon's Roast Beef and the new Port City Pets.

All are welcome to attend an open house on Tuesday, June 14, from 3 to 6 p.m. There will be refreshments, office tours, giveaways, free personalized consultations with the doctor and coupons for free family spine checks available. Proactive Chiropractic is a kid-friendly environment, so bring them along.

A native of Lancaster, Newman attended Nashoba Regional High School. She graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in biology and minor in psychology from Assumption College. She enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. She passed four National Board exams, a physiotherapy National Board exam, Florida Radiology, Florida Jurisprudence and a Massachusetts Jurisprudence Exam.

Newman has held licenses and practiced in both Florida and Massachusetts and is a member of the Merrimack Valley Chiropractic Society, Newburyport Mothers Club, the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce and Latitude fitness club.

Kate Grondin from Home Transition Resource will explore the difficulties of moving and help determine what services may be needed to achieve a stress-free transition, including space planning and move supervision.
