Dixon executive chef at Loretta restaurant

Kip Dixon has been named executive chef at Loretta Restaurant. For the past year, he served as evening chef. Having grown up in Mobile, Ala., he brings a distinct Southern flair to his cooking. "Kip is an inventive chef who merges French, Cajun and Caribbean flavors with locally sourced New England ingredients," said Ted Epstein, owner of Loretta. "He's got an incredible range, from comfort food with a twist to signature dishes. We are thrilled to have him at the helm." Open for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, Loretta has 47 seats and offers convenient online ordering for take-out food.

QSC Group announces certification

Chances at Lenair Self(s) Healing Center

The Lenair Self(s) Healing Center, with offices in Massachusetts and Vermont, has changed the name and scope of its services based on the evolution of the work of its founder, Rhonda Lenair. What was once called a Specialized Program is now called the Self(s) Healing Experience (SHE).

Lenair, a self-described prophet, luminary, healer and medical intuitive, opened her first healing center in 1987 in Peabody.
