New bike shop, cafe hold ribbon cutting

EZ Pedaler of Newburyport and Friendesha Internet Café© will be holding a grand opening ribbon cutting on Thursday, July 14 at 4 p.m. at their location at 40R Merrimac St. in downtown Newburyport next to the Chamber office. Mayor Donna Holaday and the Chamber will take part in a ribbon-cutting celebration. Check out the electric bikes and enjoy samplings from the café©. All are welcome to attend and check out these new businesses in town. EZ Pedaler rents and sells electric and pedal bicycles. Friendesha serves breakfast, lunch, coffee and has free WIFI.

Wetmore expands career coaching services

This summer, Marie Wetmore will be hosting a free coaching call, in session on Mondays from 6 to 6:50 p.m. This is an opportunity for someone who has always wanted to try coaching to get 10 or 15 minutes of laser coaching (short, focused coaching) at no charge. Residents of the North Shore are invited to participate by calling 781-219-3240, during the session time.

In addition, Wetmore announces the launch of three coaching groups: the "40 Precious Hours" career coaching group, the "Be a Lion" life coaching group and the "Creative Professionals Mastermind" group (for artists, writers, dancers and other creative professionals).

Bella Salon to hold ribbon cutting

Bella Salon, 92 Pleasant St., is hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting event on Thursday, July 14. The ribbon cutting will take place at 4 p.m., and they will be celebrating their grand opening all day from noon to 6 p.m. There will be food and music as well as free mini services available for hair, make-up, skin and nails.
