Todd and Elaine Treado of Merrimac are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Bridgette Treado, to Jeff Doherty, son of Paul and Michelle Doherty of Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Bridgette is a 2003 graduate of Pentucket Regional High School. In 2008 she graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and in 2009 with a Master's in Architecture. She currently works as an architect for Stern McCafferty in Boston.
Jeff is a 2003 high school graduate from Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, New Hampshire. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ithaca College in 2007. He is currently partners with his father at Doherty Construction Supply in Boston.
Jeff and Bridgette enjoy biking together in the summer, skiing together in the winter and cooking year-round. They met almost 3 years ago at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in South Boston where they now reside.
They are planning a June wedding for 2013.
