Polls open tomorrow at St. Mary's Church

The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow at St. Mary’s Church Hall on Main Street. Voters will be choosing the president and vice president, along with making decisions about senators and representatives in Congress and the General Court. Additionally, there will be five ballot questions, including the controversial topics of assisted suicide and the medical use of marijuana in Massachusetts.

Absentee ballots are available for voters who will be out of town during polling hours or have a physical disability or religious belief that would prevent them from going to the polls tomorrow. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is noon today and those interested must apply in person at the town clerk’s office.

Any resident who has questions about the election procedure or their eligibility to vote should contact Town Clerk Susan Hazen at 978-948-2081.
