Connor Summers Gallery: Work by Cathy Connor, Michael Updike and the late Jim Mickelson will be featured in a collection spanning the contemporary art scene.

Firehouse Art Gallery: A Meet the Artist reception will be held Sunday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. with Robert Loren Lerch. The photographer’s exhibit “Peggy’s House” presents the life of an old house through vignettes of interior details.

Sweethaven Gallery: A selection of musical paintings by Alan Bull will be on display. Images include the Zach Field Drum Studio, Parrish Percussion Project, and musicians from the Wednesday night jazz sessions at Ten Center and the Newburyport Chamber Music Festival.

Valerie’s Gallery: A Meet the Artist reception will be held Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. with Ron Cravens. A large collection of his handmade jewelry will be on display.

The Walsingham Gallery: A painting demonstration with Janis Sanders will be held Saturday from 2:30 to 5 p.m. The oil painter will demonstrate his unique style, which often uses a palette knife.
