17th annual “Village of Church Fairs;” 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at numerous Amesbury churches

Traditional offerings include crafts, baked goods, Christmas and Thanksgiving decorations, raffles and food. Maps and menus will be available at each participating church.

Market Street Baptist Church holiday fair, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., 37 Market St., Amesbury.

Lunch buffet, General Store, gift table and cookie table. Browse the “Attic Treasures” featuring new and used household, kitchen, decorative, craft and collectable items as well as toys. Pay what you can afford.

Holiday fair at Laurel Grange, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Grange Hall, 21 Garden St., West Newbury.

Handmade knitted goods, craft items and baked goods for sale. Vendor tables rentals $20. Contact Jackie Carter at 978-352-2986 or email midnight721@verizon.net.

Nov. 10

St. Paul’s Church fall fair and silent auction, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., 166 High St., Newburyport.

Selection includes baked goods, books, boutique, Christmas and holiday room, crafts, clothing, children’s clothing, jewelry, linens, raffles, Treasure Chest and more. Bidding for the auction runs from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Items include gift certificates, furniture, antiques, jewelry, fine collectibles, goods and services. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The fundraiser benefits church projects.

Nov. 9 and Nov. 10

Snowflake Fair, Groveland Congregational Church (junction of Main and King streets)

Friday hours 4 to 8 p.m.; Saturday hours 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., followed by a roast beef dinner and awards ceremony that evening. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased at the fair or by calling the church office at 978-372-3463.

Offerings include: homemade baked goods and treats, handmade crafts, jewelry, food, and prize drawings. Local artisan crafters will offer a selection of handmade wares.

Nov. 17

The Greek Ladies Aid Association fourth annual Greek luncheon and holiday fair, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Nicholson Hall, Newburyport.

Atria Merrimack Place, annual craft fair, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Atria Merrimack Place, 85 Storey Avenue, Newburyport.

Artisans in the Open Christmas Show and Sale, Dec. 7, 2 to 9 p.m. and Dec. 8, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Dec. 14, 2 to 9 p.m. and Dec. 15, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. First Religious Society, annex building, 26 Pleasant St., Newburyport.

More than 25 area artisans will offer a selection of wares, including photography, jewelry, pottery, hand painted scarves, hand painted furniture, blown glass, stained glass, painting, hand spun wool mittens, scarves and hats, handbags and more.
