Merrimack Valley Hospice is a nonprofit organization serving northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Volunteer opportunities include working with patients and families directly, administrative support to hospice staff, fundraising, and more. Volunteers receive training and ongoing support. A commitment of two to four hours a week on an as-needed basis is required.

The NAA is an active and vibrant art association serving artists of all ages and skills living in the Greater Newburyport area. Volunteer opportunities include exhibition installation support, organizing and hosting receptions, assisting with community outreach programs, sitting the gallery, small building upkeep projects, and special events.
