Grog show to benefit The One Fund

The United We Jam fundraiser kicks off at the Grog tonight at 8.

Featuring performances by Soul Robot, Soft Cactus, Deep Keel and Ben Carroll, the evening’s proceeds will all go to The One Fund Boston, to help victims of the marathon bombings.

Admission is a suggested donation of $5. A number of raffle prizes will also be given away.

Tour the flowers of Maudslay Park

Take a “Walk Through the Mountain Laurels” at Maudslay State Park this Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

The free program, for all ages, celebrates the wild mountain laurels highlighted in poems by John Greenleaf Whittier. Wear comfortable walking shoes.

Walks will also be held June 22, 23 and 29.

Maudslay is located on Curzon Mill Road in Newburyport.

A fun night with the Newburyport Olive Oil Co.

A Spring Fling will be held tonight from 6 to 7:30 at the Newburyport Olive Oil Co.

The event in the Tannery Marketplace, 50 Water St., Newburyport, will feature wine and olive oil samples, door prizes, and live music from Plum Island Pans.

Winery celebrates fathers with festival

Treat Dad to a free afternoon of wine and beer sampling at Jewell Towne Vineyards this Sunday.

From noon to 4 p.m., the Father’s Day Wine & Brew Fest will feature wine and cheese pairings, wine and chocolate pairings, and beer from White Birch Brewing Co.

No reservations are needed. Jewell Towne is located at 183 Whitehall Road in South Hampton.
