Talk on alternative approaches to ADHD

A free talk on “Effective Drug-Free and Evidence-Based Approaches to ADHD” will be held Wednesday, June 5, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in West Newbury.

Neurotherapist and author Rebecca Shafir, an expert on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, will present.

Community yoga classes in Amesbury

People’s Yoga Co-Op will hold the following community karma yoga sessions this month. The classes run each Friday from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. They are open to the public for all levels and pay-by-donation.

Tonight, Vinyasa Yoga Benefit for Avon Walk for Breast Cancer with Paula Wilson; May 24, Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kristin Sauve; and May 31, Yoga for Everyone with Marie Zappala-Stewart.
