Yuletide Antique Show and Sale
Belleville Congregational Church, 300 High St., Newburyport, will host a Yuletide Antique Show Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thirty dealers will sell antiques and collectibles, and a luncheon and snack table will be available. Admission is $4.
Seabrook PTO Holiday Craft Fair
The Seabrook PTO presents its fourth annual Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Seabrook Recreation Department on Lafayette Road (Route 1A), Seabrook. More than 40 crafters are expected to attend. The PTO is also asking companies and individuals to make donations of merchandise or gift certificates. The donations will be used as raffles throughout the day. All proceeds will help defray the cost of future field trips.
Governor's Fine Crafts Faire in Byfield
The annual Governor's Academy Fine Crafts Faire opens Friday, Nov. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Remis Gallery of The Performing Arts Center on Elm Street in Byfield. Formerly known as the Three Potters and Others Fair, the Fine Crafts Faire features the talents of 15 local and regional artisans. Painted furniture, pottery, photography, jewelry, paintings, wearable fiber arts, handbags, hand-turned wood objects, clocks, kaleidoscopes, mobiles and more will be on display and for sale. The fair continues Saturdays and Sundays, Nov. 8 and 9, and 15 and 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 978-499-3236.
Village of Church Fairs in Amesbury
The 13th annual Village of Church Fairs fills Amesbury on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Several churches in the community will host their fairs on the same day. All of the stops are within walking distance of each other. Homemade crafts, baked goods, raffles, food and fun will be featured.
Participants include:
Market Street Baptist Church's A-Family-A-Faire. The gym will be filled with used and new goods, a general store with baked goods and more. A soup and sandwich buffet will offer hot dogs, sandwiches, soups and stews.
Main Street Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, which will offer a luncheon featuring homemade soup, hot cider and apple crisp will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Church musicians will provide entertainment during the lunch hours. Fair-goers will be able to browse a baked goods table, visit the country store, check out the jewelry table, crafts table and kids' table, enjoy the Cookie Walk, and purchase raffle tickets for baskets representing countries around the globe. Great Pumpkin Craft Fair in West Newbury
The Great Pumpkin Craft Fair fills the Dr. John C. Page School, 694 Main St. (Route 113), West Newbury, on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fair will feature dozens of the region's top crafters and artisans. Handmade jewelry, pottery, clothing, home decor and holiday items will be available. The annual raffle table will offer a variety of prizes, including airline tickets, tickets to sporting events, dining, entertainment and holiday-themed packages. A lunch and snack buffet will also be offered. Admission and parking are free. Proceeds benefit students at the Page School.
Georgetown Preschool's Parents Holiday Fair
Georgetown Preschool's Parent Group is hosting its annual Holiday Fair on Saturday, Nov. 8. There will be a variety of items available, including clothing, jewelry, home decor, children's toys and books, cooking supplies, candles, gift baskets, handmade crafts and more. Annual Yule Fair at Seabrook church
Trinity United Church in Seabrook will host its annual Yule Fair Saturday, Nov. 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Parish House, corner of Route 1 and Folly Mill Road, Seabrook. More than 150 professional craftsmen from throughout New England will sell their crafts. Admission is free. The blizzard date is Sunday, Dec. 7.
