Exchange Club selling flags

The Exchange Club of Greater Newburyport’s “Field of Honor” tent will be set up in Market Square on Saturday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the sale of American flags to be installed on the Bartlet Mall during the week preceding Sept. 11 to honor those who have served as fire, police, EMT or military personnel. Flags, which may be dedicated to individuals of the purchaser’s choice, cost $40. They may be picked up at the end of display week.
