Add the tomatoes and orange zest and gently simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, add spaghetti to boiling water and cook 9 minutes or according to package instructions. Drain and serve sauce over pasta.
2 medium zucchini, thin sliced lengthwise (2 cups)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Place zucchini in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. Or, bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the zucchini. Cook 5 minutes. Drain, leaving about 2 tablespoons water in the pan.
