NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Richard Allen Morrell, 40, 1 Horton St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:58 p.m. on a charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. Inspector Matthew Simons issued the summons at the Newburyport police station.

Alexa Deluca, 17, 23 Woodland St., Newburyport, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:46 a.m. on a charge of assault. Officer Ronald Senter issued the summons following a reported fight at Newburyport High School.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Edwin Enrique Cuevas, 30, 173 Salem St., No. 2, Lawrence, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:49 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Steven Reed issued the summons on Elm Street.

Roger A. Flores, 38, 57 Sargent St., No. 1, Lawrence, was arrested Tuesday at 11:44 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Craig Lesage and Ronald Guilmette made the arrest on Interstate 495 south.

Anthony J. Laine, 32, 14 Pike St., Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 5 a.m. and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. Officers Charles Sciacca, Guilmette and Sgt. Richard Poulin made the arrest on Portsmouth Road.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

John F. Velardo, 53, 31 Undine Ave., Winthrop, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:01 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers James Leavitt and Michael Tullercash issued the summons on Lafayette Road.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Scott Allen Randall, 24, 130 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Tuesday at 12:24 p.m. and charged with vandalism. Officer Michael Cawley made the arrest at the Seabrook police station.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Joseph Deleary, 22, 50 Frye Road, East Hampstead, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 9 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and unlawful possession of brass knuckles. Detectives James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

Kent Anderson, 29, 29 Highland Road, Merrimac, was arrested Tuesday at 4:35 p.m. and charged with four previous warrants, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (subsequent offense), unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Detective Morton and officer Neil Moody made the arrest on School Street.
