NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded April 11 at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Jeffrey Noonan, 37, 248 High St., Newbury; assault and battery with dangerous weapon (domestic), pretrial probation for one year, required to attend sobriety program (Newbury).

Greg Harden, 41, 26 Beach Road, Salisbury; assault and battery (domestic), pretrial probation for six months (Salisbury).

Gregg Burrell, 30, 10 Auburn St., Amesbury; larceny over $250, pretrial probation for one year, restitution of $514 (Amesbury).

Raymond Dostie III, 27, 64 Market St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), probation for two years, six months in house of correction, suspended for one year, two years' loss of license, OUI $250, Head Injury Fund $250, Victim-Witness Fund $50 (Amesbury).

Connie Peterson, 56, 13A Atlantic Ave., Salisbury; shoplifting, continued without finding for three months, VWF $50 (Newburyport).

Christopher Gampel, 40, 51 Dock Lane, Salisbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), two years' probation, 90-day loss of license, OUI $250, HIF $250, VWF $50, OUI-Victim Fund $50 (Salisbury).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Adam Digenova, 47, 10 John St., Salisbury; kidnapping (domestic), dismissed at the request of the commonwealth (Newbury).

Jacob Nyberg, 21, 10 Pleasant St., Rochester, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, 45-day loss of license, OUI $250, HIF $250, VWF $50, OUI-V $50; leaving scene of property damage, dismissed (Newburyport).
