NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Newbury police:

Jeffrey J. Adams, 39, 12 Graham Ave., Newbury, was arrested Monday at 9:23 p.m. on two warrants. Officers Michael Croteau and Keegan Stokes made the arrest on Graham Avenue.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Renso Medina, 43, 822 Western Ave., Lynn, was issued a summons Monday at 5:20 p.m. on charges of driving after license suspension, speeding and failure to pull right. Trooper Michael Topping issued the summons in Newbury.

Dianna Clarke, 26, 6 Viola Circle, Seabrook, was issued a summons Monday at 8:55 p.m. on a charge of driving after license suspension. Trooper Barry Nangle issued the summons in Salisbury.

Nicole M. Welch, 22, 823 East 5th St., South Boston, was issued a summons yesterday on charges of driving with a revoked registration, driving uninsured, speeding and driving an uninspected vehicle. Trooper Steven Gondella issued the summons in Newburyport.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Deborah Depaolantonio, 36, 46 Oak Terrace, Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 11:42 p.m. on a charge of driving after license suspension (subsequent offense). Officers Thomas Nichols and Jason Kooken issued the summons on Market Street.
