NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were heard in Newburyport District Court on Friday, July 10. Judge Allen Swan presided over the jury-waived trials:

Jenna Choquette, 17, 21 Mudnock Road, Salisbury; uttering a false check, continued with six months probation (Salisbury).

Gloria Hardy, 47, 14 Beacon St., Apt. 8, Lawrence; driving an uninsured vehicle, to be dismissed with $100 in court costs and $50 to Victim-Witness Fund (VWF); driving with suspended registration, dismissed with $100 in court costs; motor vehicle lights violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Kristina L. Cox, 20, 88 South Road, Exeter, N.H.; possession of liquor by person under age 21, continued for three months with administrative supervision; $50 to VWF, $50 in court costs (Amesbury).

Thomas G. Donevan, 48, 249 North End Blvd., first floor, Salisbury; driving with a suspended license, to be dismissed with $100 in court costs, $50 to VWF; miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, not responsible (State).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook the week ending Monday, June 29, with Judge Laurence Cullen presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Tyler A. Dupuis, 20, 349 Academy Road, Pembroke, N.H.; possession of an open container of alcohol by an individual under 21 years of age, guilty, $120 (Seabrook).

Benjamin S. Martin, 20, 1 Marlingson Lane, Allenstown, N.H.; possession of an open container of alcohol by an individual under 21 years of age, guilty, $120 (Seabrook).

Andre Dos Santos Marcio, 25, 3 State St., Apt. 31, Newburyport; driving without a valid license, guilty, $120 fine (Seabrook)

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Wednesday, July 1, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Jonathan M. Ford, 31 Jak-Len Drive, Salisbury; reckless driving, guilty, $600 fine and 60-day loss of license; driving while intoxicated, dismissed (Seabrook).

Michael P. Vilvons, 21, 87 Oak Knoll Road, Carlisle; possession of drugs, guilty, $570 fine, with $100 suspended (N.H. State Police).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Monday, July 6, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trial:

George Staples, 24, 100 Orchard St., Seabrook; disorderly conduct, guilty, $100 fine; two felony counts of a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, both cases were nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).

HAMPTON: The following cases were recorded at Hampton District Court in Seabrook on Wednesday, July 8, with Judge Laurence Cullen presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Meaghan S. Eaton, 28, 10 South Main St., Seabrook; fraudulent use of credit cards, guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations, payment of $80 restitution (Seabrook).

Jeffrey J. Roderick, 39, 68 Salem St., Salem: shoplifting, guilty, 20 days in the house of correction, suspended; shoplifting, guilty, 20 days in the house of correction, suspended. Both suspended sentences are to be served concurrently and area conditioned upon one year good behavior which includes no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook)
