NEWBURYPORT: The following items were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, July 13, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Dennis Fitzgerald, 38, 803 Haverhill St., Apt. B5, Rowley; possession of class A drugs, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and engaging in substance abuse counseling, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF); possession of class D substance (subsequent offense), dismissed (Rowley).

Jonathan Y. Wood, 20, 2 Ipswich Road, Boxford; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee; marked lane violation, responsible, filed (Rowley).

Ryan Dean, 26, 69 Side Inn Road, Stoneham, Maine; driving without a license, guilty, $250 fine, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; speeding in violation of special regulation, responsible, $220 assessment (State Police).

Jamie W. Pointers, 23, 14 Beechstone, No. 5, Portsmouth; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; failure to wear seat belt, not responsible; speeding, responsible, $260 assessment (State Police).

Evan Cabaniol, 19, 29 Bernard Gibbons Drive, Housatonic: driving without a license, guilty, $100 fine; use of a vehicle without authority, guilty, six months in the house of correction, seven days to be served with the balance suspended and 18 months' probation; leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, six months in the house of correction, seven days to be served with the balance suspended and 18 months' probation; leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, six months in the house of correction, seven days to be served with the balance suspended and 18 months' probation (Amesbury).

Lisa M. Grampetro, 43, 15 Bailey Road, Shrewsbury; disorderly conduct, guilty, $100 fine, and $25 surfine; resisting arrest, guilty, $200 fine, $50 surfine, $50 VWF (Salisbury).
