Police logs

NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the log of the Newburyport police:

Nicholas Wayne Herrick, 20, 2813 Ferry Ave., Niagara Falls, N.Y., was arrested Tuesday at 7:52 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Edward Rice made the arrest on Congress Street.

Alice Noel, 33, 28 Sparhawk St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11:58 p.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of assault and battery. Officers Charles Voderis and William Steeves issued the summons on Highland Avenue.

Christina P. Gerrish, 18, 13 Old Farm Way, Newbury, Ryan P. Clark, 18, 25 Storeybrook Drive, Newburyport, Douglas J. Sauter, 18, 2 Henderson Circle, Newburyport, Matthew D. Hannon, 18, 22 Frances Drive, Newburyport, were arrested yesterday at 2:52 a.m.; all were charged with underage drinking. Gerrish was charged with underage drinking, subsequent offense. One juvenile was issued a summons for underage drinking. Officers Matthew Simons, Marshall and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrests on Frances Drive.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Sandy Guerrier, 28, 23 Lafayette Apartments, Lawrence, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:59 p.m. on charges of driving without a license and equipment violation. Officer Thomas Nichols issued the summons on Main Street.

Leeann Gouthier, 40, 1 Cedar Court, Amesbury, was arrested Tuesday at 11:57 p.m. and charged with giving a false name to police (subsequent offense), driving after license suspension (fourth offense) and speeding. Officer Nichols and Denis Champagne made the arrest on Congress Street.

Derek A. Leighton, 31, 32C Clonder St., Medford, was arrested yesterday at 12:03 a.m. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Raymond Landry made the arrest on Warren Avenue.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the log of the Seabrook police:

David Fowler, 32, 77 South Main St., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 6:11 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Adam Laurent, Mark Richardson and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on South Main Street.
