NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Tuesday, July 21, in Newburyport District Court.

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury session case:

Michael Thurston, 60, 19 Maple St., Unit 3, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, found guilty, sentenced to two years' probation, 14-day inpatient treatment program, license suspended for two years, ordered to pay $600 fine, $150 surfine, $250 for the state Head Injury Fund, $50 DUI victim's assessment, $50 for the state Victim/Witness Fund; lights violation, found responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived case:

Albert M. Daley, 18, 205 Chandler St., Tewksbury; possession of alcohol under 21, found guilty, ordered to pay $50 fine, $50 for the VWF (Rowley).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Wednesday, July 22, in Newburyport District Court.

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Damian T. Dobson, 18, 10 Old Point Road, Newbury; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation; possession of burglar's tools, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation (concurrent), ordered to pay $200 costs, $50 for the state VWF (Amesbury).

Jeffrey J. Pearl, 44, 61 Main St., Greenville, N.H.; driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, found guilty, sentenced to six months' probation; driving an uninsured vehicle, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation (concurrent), ordered to pay $500 costs, $50 for the VWF (State).

Eric Nelson, 17, 141 Beach Road, Apt. D23, Salisbury; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation, ordered to complete GED, pay $200 costs, $90 for the VWF; possession of burglar's tools, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation (concurrent) (Amesbury).

Angela Brown, 20, 19 Coolidge St., Lawrence; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Newburyport).

Mildred M. Brown, 40, 10 Monroe St., Newburyport; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Newburyport).

Dana Abrahams, 20, 129 Water St., Newburyport; possession of alcohol under 21, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation; possession of burglar's tools, continued without finding for six months, sentenced to six months' probation, ordered to pay $200 costs, $90 for the VWF (Amesbury).

Natasha Marquez, 25, 8 New Terrace Road, Brookline; driving with a suspended license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 for the VWF; speeding, found responsible, filed (State).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded on Thursday, July 23, in Newburyport District Court.

Judge Peter Doyle presided over the following jury-waived cases:

Robert S. Whitehouse Jr., 25, 35 Ayer St., Haverhill; possession of Vicodin, dismissed, ordered to pay $350 costs, $50 for the state VWF (Amesbury).

Christopher J. Hemstreet, 20, 74 Morgan Ave., Haverhill; violating a restraining order (two counts), found guilty, sentenced to one year in the house of correction, 90 days to be served, balance suspended for two years, given credit for six days served, two years' probation, ordered to enroll in a batterer's treatment program, to abide by restraining order, not to abuse the victim, to pay $50 in restraining order fees, $50 for the VWF (Amesbury).

Matthew T. O'Neill, 24, 18 Ridgewood Terrace, Maplewood, N.J.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, sentenced to one year's probation, ordered to attend Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, Brains At Risk program, license suspended for 45 days, ordered to pay $250 DUI fee, $250 for the HIF, $50 DUI victim's assessment, $50 for the VWF; marked lanes violation, found not responsible; speeding, found responsible, filed (Rowley).
