AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the log of the Amesbury police:

Susan L. Perkins, 30, 61 Storey Ave., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 9:43 p.m. on a warrant. Officers Kooken and Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Friend Street.

Michele Renee Lougee, 36, 6 Carriage Hill Road, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 9:43 p.m. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer. Officers Cunningham and Kooken made the arrest on Friend Street.

Melissa M. Clark, 22, 2 Birchwood Court, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:18 a.m. on a charge of assault and battery. Officer Cunningham issued the summons on Main Street.

Rosemary A. Gil, 32, 29 Pleasant Terrace, Lawrence, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:13 p.m. on charges of driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured vehicle. Officer David Noyes issued the summons on Macy Street.

Mark Jankoski, 43, 6 Carriage Hill Road, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:07 a.m. and charged with assault and battery. Officers Cunningham, Noyes and Sgts. Kevin Donovan and Jeffrey Worthen made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Dorothy A. Scuteri-Flanagan, 41, 5 Sixty Second St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 12:53 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officers Stephen Smith and Stephen Jenkins made the arrest on Scotland Road.

Michael Zabelski, 31, 220 High St., Ipswich, was arrested Sunday at 1:31 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Smith and Sgt. Jay Routhier made the arrest on the Newburyport Turnpike.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded in the log of the state police, Newbury barracks:

Michael J. Donovan, 27, 10 Bayberry Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:36 a.m. on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, not having a drivers license in his possession and speeding. Trooper Smolinsky issued the summons in Salisbury.

Helen Degraffenreid, 38, 252 Newbury St., Peabody, was issued a summons Saturday at 11:50 p.m. on a charge of driving with a revoked registration. Trooper Crowley issued the summons in Boxford.

Meredith Hansen, 38, 60 Maple St., Somerset, was issued a summons Sunday at 10:38 a.m. on a charge of possession of a class E substance. Trooper Martinelle issued the summons in Georgetown.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the log of the West Newbury police:

Eugene Cusack, 45, 61 Storey Ave., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 1:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.
