NEWBURYPORT
The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:
Lynn M. Farina, 38, 1495 Bodwell Road, No. 25, Manchester, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 5:22 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Officers Dani Michalek, Christopher McDonald and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrest on State Street.
Bethany DiCristofaro, 25, 1248 Forrest St., Marshfield, was arrested Friday at 11:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Sgt. Chaisson and officer McDonald made the arrest on High Street.
AMESBURY
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Maria F. Velgenio, 42, 3 Whitewood Circle, Amesbury, was issued a summons Thursday at 1:49 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to inspect motor vehicle. Officer Kevin Mulrenin issued the summons on Haverhill Road.
Izy Sousa, 23, 81 High St., No. 16, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 1:04 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Thomas Nichols, Michael Purvis and Craig Lesage made the arrest on Sparhawk Street.
The following people were arrested Friday at 11:25 p.m. and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol: Matthew R. Salvatore, 18, 48 Woodman Road, South Hampton; Victoria T. Morris, 19, 37 Mill St., Amesbury; Staurt D. Farnham, 19, 8 Carriage Hill Road, No. 16, Amesbury; Stephanie N. Valme, 19, and Ashley Valme, 17, both of 16 Pleasant Valley Road, Amesbury; Matthew D. Knight, 19, 11 Elizabeth St,. Amesbury; and Kellianne M. Storck, 19, 10 Carpenter St., Amesbury. A 15-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for the same charge. Adrian C. Bazenas, 21, 3 Sanborn Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested and charged with person under 21 attempt to procure alcohol, giving false name to police and intimidate a witness. Officers Matthew Cunningham, Nichols, Purvis and Carl Lesage made the arrests on Pleasant Valley Road.
James T. Sharpe III, 30, 31 Macy Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 2:12 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Jason Kooken, Robert Chatigny and Sgt. William Scholtz made the arrest on Macy Terrace.
Paul L. Schmitt, 46, 6 Spring St., Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:21 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and fail to inspect. Officers David Noyes and Charles Sciacca made the arrest on Elm Street.
Christine Cardello, 30, 1 Ashley Nicole Drive, Plaistow, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 1:29 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes. Officers Ray Landry and Steven Reed made the arrest on Interstate 495 south.
Danielle N. Drucker, 19, 27 Beechwood Drive, Danville, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 2:11 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Landry and Sgt. Kevin Donovan made the arrest on Friend Street.
SALISBURY
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Saturday at 5:52 p.m. and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Neil Moody and Jeremy Kelley made the arrest on Salisbury Beach.
Jason Allen, 35, 133 Elm St., Salisbury, was arrested Saturday at 8:41 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Patrick Szymkowski, David Delling and James Pollard made the arrest on Elm Street.
Karen L. Ogden, 32, 13 Arrow St., Middleton, was arrested Saturday at 9:32 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. At the same time, Arthur D. Weglewski, 45, 3 Meaders Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons for domestic assault and battery. Officers Timothy Hunter and Delling made the arrest on Meaders Lane.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
John S. Donovan, 53, 50 Viola Circle, No. 0, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 10:44 a.m. and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of endangering welfare of child/incompetent. Detective Daniel Lawrence, Sgt. Robert Granlund and officers Patrick Smart and David Hersey made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Route 286 near Brown’s Lobster Pound.
Terry M. Deschenes, 22, 31 Irenes Way, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 11:50 a.m. and charged with four counts of receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking and vandalism. Detective Lawrence and officer Hersey made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.
NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:
Maxmillian A. Nickou, 21, 25 Boston Road, Newbury, was arrested Friday at 5:41 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer John Regan made the arrest on Central Street.
Stephanie E. Serino, 30, 216 Middle Road, Byfield, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:44 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Officer Michael Croteau issued the summons on Middle Road.
WEST NEWBURY
The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:
Richard Torres, 37, 25 Arnold St., Methuen, was arrested Friday at 9:48 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.
Brett Henderson, 30, 11 Dwight Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 2:24 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Eric Forni made the arrest on Route 113.
GROVELAND
The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:
Brianna Kelly, 21, 43 Plymouth St., No. 2, Methuen, was issued a summons Saturday at 2:45 p.m. on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Birchwood Terrace.
STATE POLICE
The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:
Mark J. Walsh, 42, 117 Pond St., Stoneham, was arrested Friday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Schumaker made the arrest in Georgetown.
Deigmar DosSantos, 29, 22 Fay Road, Framingham, was issued a summons Friday at 5:50 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Harris issued the summons in Newbury.
