Filipe N. Lopes, 20, 12 Woodman Way, Apt. 17, Newburyport; driving without a license, dismissed, ordered to pay $100 costs, $50 to Victim-Witness Assistance Fund; failure to wear seat belt, not responsible; vehicle lights violation, responsible (Newburyport).
Matthew R. Decelle, 26, 246 North End Blvd., Apt. 1, Salisbury; negligent driving, guilty, placed on 11âÑ2 year's probation, ordered to pay $627.45 restitution, $250 to Head Injury Fund and $50 to VWF; driving an uninsured vehicle, guilty, placed on 11âÑ2 year's probation; failure to tax and title vehicle, responsible; marked lanes violation, responsible (Salisbury).

Edward V. Williams, 58, 26 Holyoke St., Lynn; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Newburyport).
Tammy A. Winship, 29, 72 Arnold St., Methuen; juror failed to attend, dismissed (Newburyport).
Shelby L. Adams, 23, 25 Cross Road, Bradford; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without a finding and placed on probation for one year, 45-day loss of license, ordered to attend Alcohol Safety Awareness and half-day Brains at Risk programs, $250 to HIF, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI-Victim's fee, $50 to VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible; resisting arrest, continued without finding for one year, ordered to write letter of apology to officer Noyes; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for one year (Amesbury).

Reuben Kroman, 20, 682 Summer St., Lynn; driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), guilty, sentenced to six months in the house of corrections, 60 days to be served, credited seven days served, balance suspended and placed on probation for 18 months, committed portion of sentence is stayed until Feb. 5, ordered to pay $50 to VWF; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible (Merrimac).

Leo R. McDonald, 40, 24 Stonecroft Drive, Hampton; littering on Seabrook Beach, guilty, $248 fine (N.H. Fish and Game Department).
Laura A. Leboy, 31, 399 Chalton St, Southbridge, Mass., default in breach of bail conditions, nol prossed (discontinued); domestic simple assault with mutual combat, guilty, $240 fine, suspended (Seabrook).
Frederic Laboy, 37, 32 Canal St., Southbridge, Mass., domestic simple assault, guilty, $248 fine (Seabrook).
Shawn Eaton, 22, 17 True St., Seabrook; theft of a motor vehicle, the defendant waived probable cause hearing at Hampton District Court, and the case transferred to Rockingham Superior Court awaiting grand jury action (Seabrook).
