The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Glenn J. McRae, 54, 1 Brown Ave., No. 35, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 2:37 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Sgt. Al Chatigny and officers Thomas Hanshaw and Larry Bybee made the arrest on Pond Street.

Brian R. Gerraughty, 48, 989 Ocean Blvd., No. 28, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 11:40 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidation of a witness. Officers Thomas Nichols, Kevin Mulrenin and Michael Purvis made the arrest on Oak Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Michael J. Pearson, 60, 24 Atlantic Ave., No. 4, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 4:37 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Mark Thomas and Daniel McNeil issued the summons on Route 1.

Heather Donahue-Laroque, 46, 45 Commonwealth Ave., Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:39 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Brookline Street.

Diane Comeau, 48, 12 Carlson St., Salem, was issued a summons Monday at 11:03 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Szymkowski issued the summons on Pike Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Joshua Linane, 30, 19 Robbin Lane, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 2:19 p.m. and charged with theft by misappropriation of property. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrest at the Liberty Lane station.

Shari L. Twomey, 53, 39B Weare Road, Hampton Falls, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 9:22 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Officers Chester Felch, Frank Brown Jr. and James Deshaies made the arrest on Route 107.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Chelsea Baston, 19, 109 Franklin St., Apt. A1B, Derry, N.H.; and Adam Emery, 20, 150 Howe St., Haverhill; were arrested Sunday at 5:47 p.m. and charged with previous warrants and possession of a class A drug. Baston was also charged with a brakes violation. Sgt. Daniel Cena and officer Barry Coker made the arrests on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Mark R. Lemieux, 50, 1 Pike Drive, Groveland, was issued a summons Friday at 9:24 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Peter Lea Colby, 60, 24 Robert Road, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 4:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a class B substance (two counts), possession of a class C substance, a marked lanes violation and failure to use care while stopping. The arrest was made on Route 1.

Marby R. Penton, 60, 15 Lawrence Road, No. 27, Rowley, was issued a summons Friday at 5:54 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. The summons was issued on Lawrence Road.

E. Jay Seaboyer, 54, 256 Main St., Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 7:14 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence (third offense) and marked lanes. The arrest was made on Main Street.

Caitronia T. Leet, 40, 42 Summer St,. Ipswich, was issued a summons Sunday at 3:20 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Robert M. Mullin III, 27, 6 Blueberry Hill, Dracut, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:05 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Laurence A. Medolo, 48, 24 Marblehead St., North Andover, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:50 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle after suspension and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Trooper Provost issued the summons in Merrimac.

Michael P. Ferullo, 47, 186 Winthrop St., No. 17, Winthrop, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:06 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper LaVita issued the summons in Georgetown.

Donald S. Devost, 40, 4 Emerald Court, Berwick, Maine, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:52 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Topsfield.
