Chelsea Baston, 19, 109 Franklin St., Apt. A1B, Derry, N.H.; and Adam Emery, 20, 150 Howe St., Haverhill; were arrested Sunday at 5:47 p.m. and charged with previous warrants and possession of a class A drug. Baston was also charged with a brakes violation. Sgt. Daniel Cena and officer Barry Coker made the arrests on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Mark R. Lemieux, 50, 1 Pike Drive, Groveland, was issued a summons Friday at 9:24 a.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Peter Lea Colby, 60, 24 Robert Road, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 4:25 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a class B substance (two counts), possession of a class C substance, a marked lanes violation and failure to use care while stopping. The arrest was made on Route 1.

Marby R. Penton, 60, 15 Lawrence Road, No. 27, Rowley, was issued a summons Friday at 5:54 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. The summons was issued on Lawrence Road.

E. Jay Seaboyer, 54, 256 Main St., Rowley, was arrested Saturday at 7:14 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence (third offense) and marked lanes. The arrest was made on Main Street.

Caitronia T. Leet, 40, 42 Summer St,. Ipswich, was issued a summons Sunday at 3:20 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Robert M. Mullin III, 27, 6 Blueberry Hill, Dracut, was issued a summons Sunday at 2:05 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.
