SEABROOK CIRCUIT COURT

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, March 15.

William J. Droll, 28, 539 Ocean Blvd, Seabrook; driving while intoxicated, guilty, 12-month loss of license and completion of the state’s impaired drivers program, $620 fine; other charges of texting while driving and reckless driving nol prossed (discontinued) (Hampton).

Jennifer A. Erickson, 33, 168 Mast Road, Epping, N.H.; bench warrant issued for Erickson’s failure to appear at a hearing on allegedly violating probation conditions imposed on a previously adjudicated case (Seabrook).

Stacie Sevigny, 44, 15 Huckins Drive, Newmarket, N.H.; driving after license suspension, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Roger J. McKenzie, 54, 302 Portsmouth Ave., Seabrook; driving without a license, complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior (Hampton).

Kristopher P. Holmes, 19, 22 Toppans Lane, Newburyport; unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under age 21, guilty, $300 fine, no license revocation ordered (Seabrook).

Joseph C. Marcorelle, 50, 4 Charlotte Road, Ipswich; driving without a license, guilty, $100 fine (Seabrook).

Beatrice F. Moreira, 45, 13 Pleasant St., Rowley; filing a false report with law enforcement, guilty, $128 fine; allowing an improper person to drive a vehicle, guilty, $100 fine, suspended (Seabrook).

Robert W. Crowley, 58, 21 Folly Mill Terrace, No. 3, Seabrook; driving without a license, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).
