Nancy Davidson was named to the dean’s list at Pennsylvania State University for the fall semester.

Brendan O’Neil, class of 2014, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Assumption College.

Local residents were recently named to the fall 2012 dean’s list at Merrimack College: Christine Keenan, a sophomore in the School of Science and Engineering; Zachary Taylor, a senior in the Girard School of Business; and Samuel Velonis, a junior in the Girard School of Business.

Andrew Buckless has been named to the Plymouth State University dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester.

Katie Hills-Kimball has been named to Plymouth State University’s president’s list for fall 2012.

Elizabeth M. Grillo and Leah C. Parks have been named to the dean’s list at Boston University for the fall 2012 semester.

Emma Brandt was named to the high honor roll at Pingree School in South Hamilton for the first semester.

---

Jack McCraven, an eighth-grader at Berwick Academy, was selected to represent Berwick with his artwork in an exhibit at the Portland Museum of Art. Youth Art Month 2013 displays student art from all over the state of Maine. The exhibit runs through March 31.

Devin Ablow was awarded the distinction of honors at Middlesex School in Cambridge. He is a freshman.

Madeleine Winslow was awarded the distinction of honors at Middlesex School in Cambridge. A junior, she was also recognized at the school’s recent athletic awards assembly for having been named an all-league player on the girls’ varsity ice hockey team for the second consecutive year.
