The following jury-waived trial was recorded Thursday, March 14, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Mary McCabe presiding:

Natalie S. Lewis, 22, 20 Brewster Road, Randolph; operating a motor vehicle without a license, dimissed upon payment of $100 court costs; no inspection sticker, responsible, filed; number plate violation, not responsible (Newbury).

The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, March 15, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Michael Uhlarik presiding:

Dennis M. Torris, 63, 384 High St., Newburyport; larceny over $250, two years in house of corrections, 45 days deemed served, balance suspended two years while on probation, nine months residential treatment, remain drug/alcohol free with random screens, substance abuse counseling, $90 Victim Witness Fund; larceny from a person, same as count one except for fine; using a motor vehicle without authority, same as count one except for fine; credit card fraud over $250, same as count one except for fine (Newburyport).

Jeffrey Janvrin, 22, 34 Macy St., Amesbury; heroin possession, pretrial probation for four months (Amesbury).

Creed M. Carroll, 40, 86 Northend Blvd., Salisbury; possession of class B substance, continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF, remain drug/alcohol free with random screens; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, one year probation; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, $100 assessment; possession of a class B substance, continued without finding for a year, $50 VWF, same conditions as count one (Salisbury).

Justin J. Ciampa, 25, 26 Edythe Lane, Peabody; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for a year, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program, 45-day loss of license, one year supervised probation, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for a year, $250 HIF (Newburyport).
