The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Ryan Beaudoin, 18, 6 Greenleaf Drive, No. 6, Merrimac, was arrested Monday at 6:52 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and violating an abuse prevention order. Officers Michael Wilochoski, Joshua Tierney, Robert Vatcher and Sgt. William Steeves made the arrest on State Street.

James Michael Crawford, 33, 29 Chandler Ave., No. 3, Plaistow, N.H., was issued a summons Monday at 8:25 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers Tierney and Christopher McDonald issued the summons.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Anthony Venuti, 26, 1 Arlington St., No. 8, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 10:18 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidation of a witness. Officer Thomas Nichols and Sgt. Al Chatigny made the arrest on Arlington Street.

Gary J. LaPlante, 4 Baker Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 5:50 p.m. on charges of failure to inspect a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officer David Noyes issued the summons on Macy Street.

Richard T. Smith, 22, 69 Cable Ave., Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 6:32 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Nichols issued the summons on Interstate 95.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Rachel Coiacano, 25, 14 Lawndale Circle, Gloucester, was arrested Monday at 1:53 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Patrick Szymkowski and Bruce Dow made the arrest at the Link House on Elm Street.

Dawn M. Zaleski-Ingelsby, 42, 10 Hayes St., Salisbury, was issued a summons Monday at 5:16 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, attaching plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and defective equipment. Officers Keith Forget, Richard Dellaria and Sgt. Timothy Hunter issued the summons on Pleasant Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Jonathan M. McCarthy, 30, 13 Dixon Way, No. 6, Seabrook, was issued a summons Monday at 12:30 p.m. on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Officer Patrick Smart issued the summons at the Merrimack County Jail.

Elisa R. Dimattia, 55, 146 Central Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Monday at 6:01 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Glendalis Rodriguez, 25, 420 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested Monday at 4:15 a.m. and charged with two previous warrants. Trooper Flanagan made the arrest in Haverhill.

Edilberto Rivera Jr., 30, 88 Howard St. Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 2 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Haverhill.
