Conni Staar Chase, 48, 459 Lafayette Road, Apt. B10, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 11:26 a.m. and charged with simple assault and criminal threatening. Officers Raymond Berube and Patrick Smart made the arrest on Route 1.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Kelsey Ann Donovan, 20, 6 Victoria Court, first floor, Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Steven Petrone and Eric Pekarski made the arrest on Center Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Gary Hartwell, 46, 1 A St,. Merrimac, was arrested Monday at 10:15 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Robert Coppola made the arrest on A Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Lee C. Smith Jr., 36, 14 Chestnut St., Beverly, was arrested Saturday at 1:47 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation. The arrest was made on Haverhill Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Michael Burney, 27, 22 Adder Lane, Seabrook, was issued a summons Monday at 1:26 p.m. on charges of speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Trooper Gondella issued the summons in Merrimac.

Christopher A. MacKenzie, 36, 13 Herrick St., Beverly, was issued a summons Monday at 4:37 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Trooper Katsarakes issued the summons in Boxford.
