On Wednesdays at noon, join in for a light workout with Wii bowling. It improves balance, endurance, range of motion and sequencing abilities. Wii offers a welcome reprieve from a sedentary lifestyle, and boosts hand-eye coordination in a way that bingo and cards can’t.
Join in the knitting, crocheting, pretty punching, socializing and refreshments when Crafts and Chat meets Thursdays at 9 a.m. Plenty of supplies and yarn available and lots of fun.
