NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, June 28, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Emma Sherwood, 26, 284 Main St., Apt. 1, Amesbury; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for 16 months, must comply with medication and therapy, no trespass order, drug and alcohol free with random screenings, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; trespassing, continued without finding for 16 months (Amesbury).

Anne Marcoux, 60, Oak St., Newburyport; distributing a class B drug (17 counts), 30 months pretrial probation (State Police).

Nancy O’Connor, 46, 57 Highland Road, Merrimac; assault and battery, continued without finding for four months, no contact with victim and family and must stay at least 50 feet away, written apology, $50 VWF (West Newbury).

Kendall Buhl, 42, 247 High St., Ipswich; uninsured motor vehicle, three months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, three months pretrial probation; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Newburyport).

Adrian Bazenas, 22, 3 Sanborn Terrace, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, six months pretrial probation, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Tyler Clark, 21, 623 Main St., Hampstead, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, not guilty; leaving the scene of property damage, not guilty; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for one year, 25 hours of community service, state courts against road rage program, $150 court costs, $50 VWF (Rowley).

Edward Bergeron, 49, 39 Lafayette St. Ext., Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for one year, $250 court costs, $50 VWF; not in possession of license, not responsible; speeding in violation of special regulation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Rebecca Myotte, 24, 229 Beach Road, Apt. 206, Salisbury; receiving stolen property, continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF; receiving stolen property, continued without finding for one year; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, continued without finding for one year (Salisbury).
