Stephen P. Sullivan, 40, 30 Turkey Hill Road, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 1:17 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, fail to stop/yield and speeding. Officers Shawn Eaton, Robert Vatcher and Sgt. Stephen Chaisson made the arrest on Malcolm Hoyt Drive.
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Melissa Rae Goodwin, 34, 4 Walnut Ave., North Hampton, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 7:25 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Thomas Nichols and David Noyes issued the summons on Interstate 495 just before Route 150.
Travis R. Berube, 25, 667 Portsmouth Ave., Greenland, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 11:42 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Noyes issued the summons on Interstate 495, north of Route 110.
Nicholas A. Gravallese, 26, 69 Wentworth Road, No. 1, Revere, was arrested Sunday at 1:24 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officers Noyes, Nichols and Denis Champagne Jr. made the arrest on Main Street.
Jennifer L. Cutting, 25, 20 Arlington St., No. 2, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 2:53 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and wantonly injuring real or personal property. Officers Champagne Jr. and Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Arlington Street.
The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:
David M. Edwards, 41, 46 Skehan Lane, Apt. B, Gardiner, Maine, was arrested Saturday at 12:07 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers James Leavitt and Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Broadway.
Michael E. Barth, 32, 7 Kent St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 12:38 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officer Dellaria made the arrest at Splash, Broadway.
Four juveniles were issued summonses Sunday at 2:39 a.m. on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officers Leavitt, Michael Tullercash and Neil Moody issued the summonses on Seabrook Road.
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Hawley B. Fowler, 64, 28 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 5:20 p.m. and charged with receiving stolen property. Officers Adam Laurent and Lt. John Wasson made the arrest at Market Basket, Route 1.
Ryan Burke, 20, 58 Middle Road, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 7:49 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest at Kohl’s on Route 1.
Shane F. Trombino, 31, 15 Bowley Way, Apt. A, Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 2:37 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and a previous shoplifting warrant. Sgt. Brett Walker made the arrest at Kohl’s on Route 1.

Andrew Fiumedora, 19, 55 Spellman, Apt. ST, Westwood, was arrested Saturday at 2:04 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, wanton destruction of property less than $250 and disturbing the peace. Officer Stephen Jenkins made the arrest on 14th Street.

Robert S. Perkins, 42, 17C Manor Drive, Groveland, was arrested Friday at 10:30 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, operating to endanger and marked lanes. Officer Michael Traister made the arrest on Main Street.
Jazmin F. Robles, 30, 500 Hadley West Drive, No. 103, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 11 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after suspension. Officer Gregory Pekarski issued the summons on Salem Street.
