NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Allen F. Glynn, 43, 30 Albion St., Everett, was arrested Tuesday at 7:10 a.m. and charged with speeding in violation of special regulations and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Officers Kevin Martin and William Steeves made the arrest on High Street.

Heidi Burke, 32, 17 Sherman St., Lawrence, was arrested Wednesday at 1:53 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Eric Marshall and Joshua Tierney made the arrest on High Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Justin W. Ambrosio, 30, 15 Third St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:49 p.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. Officer Jason Kooken issued the summons on Third Street.

Sean Francis Quinn, 21, 208 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:24 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Ronald Guilmette issued the summons on Pleasant Street.

Elizabeth A. Lewis, 48, 1 Collins St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:22 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Guilmette issued the summons on Collins Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Natalie L. Bishop, 30, 51 Dock Lane, Salisbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 4:07 p.m. on a charge of forge/misuse an Registry of Motor Vehicles document. Officers Timothy Hunter and Patrick Szymkowski issued the summons on Lafayette Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

A juvenile was arrested Monday at 1:22 p.m. and charged with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. Officer Justin Murphy made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

Tammy Allen, 34, 25 Brooks Road, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 4:59 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officers Murphy and John Mounsey made the arrest on Brooks Road.

Paul J. Dudley Jr., 27, 44 Lower New Zealand Road, No. 18; and Ronald J. Janvrin Jr., 18, 52 Newcomb St. No. 5, Haverhill, were arrested Wednesday at 1:23 a.m. and charged with loitering. Dudley was also charged with six counts of receiving stolen property. Janvrin was also charged with three counts of receiving stolen property. Officers Adam Laurent, Chester Felch, Justin Murphy, Keith Dietenhofer and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Pages Lane.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Benjamin Murawski, 36, 5 14th St., Newbury, was arrested Tuesday at 3:19 p.m. and charged with fugitive from justice on a court warrant. Officers Mark Smigielski, Michael Croteau and Detective Aaron Wojtkowski made the arrest on Plum Island Turnpike.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Daniel P. McGovern, 17, 13 Hilltop Circle, West Newbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10 a.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger, leaving the scene after property damage and a marked lanes violation. Officer Michael Traister issued the summons on Main Street.

Richard J. Madison Jr., 44, 319 North Main St., No. 141, Middleton, was issued a summons Tuesday at 12:45 a.m. on a charge of violating a restraining order. Officer Traister issued the summons on Manor Drive.

James P. Downing, 25, 7 Charles St., No. 1, Methuen, was issued a summons Tuesday at 5:28 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Salem Street.

Steven James Snow, 21, 11 Burke St., Groveland, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:50 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Detective Morton issued the summons on Burke Street.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Kayla Olsen, 22, 9 Casey Road, East Kingston, N.H., was issued a summons Wednesday at 12:40 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Toto issued the summons in Haverhill.
