NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jack F. Hill, 63, 9 Ship St., Newburyport, was arrested Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Joshua Tierney, Michael Wilichoski and Sgt. Alan Maguire made the arrest following a domestic dispute on Middle Street.

Maura E. Lanham, 32, 16 Elm St,. Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:33 p.m. on charges of larceny over $250, forgery of a check and misleading a police officer. Inspector Matthew Simons issued the summons at the Newburyport police station.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Robert S. Perkins, 42, 17 Manor Drive, Groveland, was arrested Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Justin Murphy made the arrest at the Liberty Lane police station.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Jordan M. Fonseca, 22, 77 High St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:05 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Trooper Flanagan issued the summons in Haverhill.

Luisa V. Murcia, 29, 51 Porter St., No. 3, Somerville, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:46 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Hartley issued the summons in Haverhill.
