NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, April 29, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury trial:

Ronald Phillips, 25 North End St., Peabody; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; marked lanes violation, not guilty (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, April 30, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Frank A. Leatham, 47, 10 Woodman Way, Apt. 21, Newburyport; breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony, guilty, 15 months in the house of correction, committed, $90 Victim-Witness Fund; wanton destruction of property worth more than $250, guilty, three months in the house of correction, committed, to be served concurrently with the previous sentence (Salisbury).

Donna Pomphrett, 51, 504 North End Blvd., Apt. 4, Salisbury; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a blunt object), dismissed; assault and battery, dismissed; receiving stolen property, dismissed (Salisbury).

Leonard J. Poole, 47, 20 Melissa Drive, Pembroke, N.H.; disturbing the peace, pretrial probation for three months (Amesbury).

Robert G. Kastanko, 63, 26 Boynton Lane, Seabrook; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

David F. Couturier, 55, 10 Woodman Way, Apt. 10, Newburyport; forge/misuse of RMV documents, pretrial probation for six months, $90 VWF; no inspection sticker, responsible, filed (Newburyport).

Patrick M. Hall, 36, 16 Dock Lane, Salisbury; driving after license revocation as a habitual traffic offender, guilty, probation for one year, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Rocco L. Thurlow, 31, 263 Walton Road, Seabrook; possession of class B drugs (crack cocaine), continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and attending AA or NA meetings three times a week (Salisbury).

Alec Duckworth, 21, 20 Harding Ave., Haverhill; sell/deliver alcohol to persons under 21 years of age, continued without finding and probation for one year, $50 VWF; possession of alcohol in a vehicle, not responsible; vehicle not meeting safety standards, responsible, filed (Amesbury).
