NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Monday, May 6, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Natalia Silva, 26, 1 Arlington St., Apt. 13, Amesbury; possession of class A drugs, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon completion of the Office of Community Correction’s Level 3 program and remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; license not in possession, not responsible (Amesbury).

Craig W. McKay, 29, 208 Jerrod St., Holliston; annoying phone calls/electronic communication, guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, committed, to be served concurrently with two other sentences (Salisbury).

Francis J. Quintiliani, 39, 407 Ocean Blvd., Apt. B8, Hampton, N.H.; driving after license suspension, dismissed with court costs of $50 and $50 VWF (West Newbury).

Tara N. Killey, 40, 37 Pilling St., Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund; marked lanes violation, not responsible; speeding, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Stephanie D. Nicoll, 63, 67 Floyd Road, Derry, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day inpatient substance abuse treatment program and aftercare, two-year loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI, $250 HIF; negligent driving, continued without finding and two years probation conditioned upon completion of the State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Merrimac).

Kenneth W. Barton Jr., 45, 1 Lewis Lane, Atkinson, N.H.; driving after license suspension, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF; miscellaneous equipment violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

Henry Lawler, 64, 13 Macy St., Amesbury; domestic assault and battery, pretrial probation for one year conditioned upon no abuse of the victim; witness intimidation, pretrial probation for one year conditioned upon no abuse of the victim (Amesbury).
