NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, May 8, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Ashley E. Breen, 25, 18A Jefferson St., Newburyport; uttering false prescription, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completing the Office of Community Corrections’ Level 3 program, submitting to a drug evaluation, remaining drug and alcohol free, $300 court costs, $90 Victim-Witness Fund; conspiring to violate drug law, dismissed; assault, pretrial probation for one year conditioned upon abiding by the restraining order and no abuse of the victim; destruction of property worth less than $250, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon payment of restitution for an amount to be determined and $50 VWF; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon the defendant not driving until properly licensed. Sentences to be served concurrently. (Newburyport).

Roderick Q. Roosa, 42, 72R South Hampton Road, Amesbury; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), continued without finding and probation for 18 months conditioned upon not driving until properly licensed; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed; miscellaneous equipment violation, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Adalberto Aguetoni, 32, 100 East Smith St., No. 7, Dracut; unlicensed driving, responsible, $200 assessment; noncompliant aftermath lighting, responsible, filed (State Police).

Ryan McGee, 22, 31 Highland St., Amesbury; resisting arrest, guilty, probation for one year, $50 VWF; disorderly conduct, guilty, one year probation; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in the house of correction, 16 days to be and deemed served and the balance suspended with one year probation conditioned upon completion of the Office of Community Correction Level 3 program, remaining drug and alcohol free and staying away from and having no contact with the victim (Amesbury)

Anthony J. Zwick, 34, 282 South Main St., Haverhill; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for nine months conditioned upon completing the State Courts Against Road Rage program, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $100 court costs, $50 VWF; fail to stop for police, continued without finding and probation for nine months; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (State Police).

Edward Duquette Jr., 55, 925 Essex St., Lawrence; driving after registration suspension, pretrial probation for three months, $50 VWF; uninsured vehicle, pretrial probation for three months (Salisbury).

Cindy J. Fowler, 48, 764 Whitehall Road, Apt. 4-A21, Amesbury; assault, dismissed; assault, dismissed; vandalize property, dismissed (Amesbury).
