Police Logs


The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Nelson K. Chepkwony, 24, 14 Boston Road, Newton, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding in violation of special regualtions. Officers Kevin Martin and Eric Marshall issued the summons on High Street.

Lauro Ribeiro, 34, 9 Depot Square, Ipswich, was arrested Wednesday at 12:55 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender. Officers John Gavin and Gregory Whitney made the arrest on Moseley Avenue.


The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Martin T. Healy, 45, 3R Monroe St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 2:42 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Scott Peters issued the summons on Main Street.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Matthew Delima, 31, 79 Beach Road, No. 23, Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday at 7:08 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Bruce Dow and Richard Dellaria made the arrest on Beach Road.

David Buckley, 43, 39 Ocean Blvd., Hampton, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and speeding. Officers Dellaria and Szymkowski made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.


The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Jennifer Elyse Spinnelli, 29, 13 Mason St., No. 13, Beverly, was issued a summons Wednesday at 10:05 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on Salem Street.


The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Kelly Long, 46, 57 Maple St., Madison, Maine, was issued a summons Monday at 1:40 p.m. on a charge of possession of a class E substance. Trooper O’Connell issued the summons in Haverhill.
