NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Nov. 2, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Michael J. Ward, 22, 47 1/2 Arnold St., Methuen; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, probation for one year, 10 days in house of correction, suspended for one year, $50 Victim Witness Fund (Salisbury).

Kyle John Banks, 24, 12 Kingston Ave., No. 4, Danville, N.H.; leaving scene after property damage, continued without finding for one year, $50 VWF, complete State Courts Against Road Rage course, attend half-day Brains at Risk class, restitution to be determined (Salisbury).

William E. Hamick, 54, 418 Revere Beach Parkway, No. 48, Revere; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for six months; equipment violation, not responsible (Newbury).

Raul Torres, 41, 4 Lonvale Lane, No. 89, Amesbury; assault with a dangerous weapon, guilty, two years in house of correction, one year to be served, balance suspended for one year, 32 days deemed served, stay away, no contact and must not abuse victim, $90 VWF (Amesbury).

William F. Walsh, 75, 919 Lafayette Road, No. 12, Seabrook; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed; fail to stop/yield, responsible, $100 assessment (Salisbury).

Derek Maurais, 24, 14 Summit St., No. 2, Peabody; receiving stolen property more than $250; intimidating a witness, both dismissed (Rowley).

Steven Poulin, 57, 11.5 Mill St., No. 32, Amesbury; disorderly conduct, guilty, $100 fine, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Quentin M. Sprague, 30, 1431 Branch Road, Wells, Maine; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF, complete Alcohol Safety Awareness Program or Maine equivalent, 45-day loss of license; open container of alcohol, not responsible (Salisbury).
