Youth Group to host Spaghetti Supper today

First Congregational Church of Georgetown Youth Group will be hosting a Spaghetti Supper today, 5:30 to 7 p.m. For 12 and under or over 65, $5; adults, $7. This event immediately precedes the Saturday performance of the Moonlight Production of “Godspell” at First Congregational Church of Georgetown. Support the Youth Group to raise money toward their mission efforts.

Pot Roast Dinner in Merrimac today

Merrimacport Church Pot Roast Dinner with all the fixings, plus ice cream sundaes, will be held today from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. $10/adult, $4/child (ages 5 to 12).

Snowflake Fair in Groveland today

The Snowflake Fair at the Groveland Congregational Church, located at the junction of Main (Route 113) and King streets is being held today from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a 6 p.m. Roast Beef Dinner and prize drawing. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased at the fair or by calling the church office at 978) 372-3463.

Armenian festival today

The Armenian Apostolic Church at Hye Pointe in Haverhill will have its Autumnfest 2012 Bazaar today from noon to 7 p.m. at the church, 110 Main St. Armenian and Middle Eastern dishes, including shish, losh and chicken kebab and kheyma dinners, will be featured.

St. Paul’s Fall Fair, Silent Auction today

St. Paul’s Church, 166 High St., Newburyport, will hold its annual Fall Fair and Silent Auction today. The fair will begin at 9 a.m. and runs to 2 p.m.

Bidding for the silent auction begins at 9 a.m. and goes to 2:30 p.m. Breakfast will be available from 7:30 to 9 a.m. with lunch served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Angel Gabriel Christmas Fair today

The annual Angel Gabriel Christmas Fair will be held on today, 9 a.m to 2 p.m., at People’s United Methodist Church, 62 Purchase St., Newburyport. Various items will be available for bidding on the Silent Auction table; bidding begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. For lunch, fish chowder, sandwiches and desserts will be served.
