Newburyport: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Friday, Nov. 9, in Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Stevenson Picard, 32, of 94 Franklin St., Apt. 1, Malden; operating a motor vehicle without a registration, dismissed; speeding, responsible, $100 assessment to be paid by Jan. 9 (Merrimac).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division the week ending Friday, Nov. 9:

Glen A. Chase, 41, 34 Rocks Road, Seabrook; violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty by negotiated plea, three days in the house of correction and $500 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year’s good behavior to include having no contact with the victim and staying away from Market Basket (Seabrook).

Michael J. Fernald, 37, 24 Cottage St., No. 1, Rutland, Vt.; receiving stolen property, guilty, 12 months in the house of correction, suspended, conditioned upon two years’ good behavior to include staying away from Market Basket for 24 months (Seabrook).
