NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Dec. 11 at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

David Kelley, 50, 13 Hill St., Amesbury; assault and battery, domestic, not prosecuted (Amesbury).

Elizabeth Quevedon, 47, 30 Philips Drive, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), two years supervised probation, 14-day inpatient rehab, 90-day loss of license, Head-Injury Fund $250, Victim-Witness Fund $50, OUI-V $50, fine $100 (Salisbury).

Leanna Defrancesco, 25, 34 Titcomb St., Newburyport; operating uninsured motor vehicle, operating unregistered vehicle, costs $150, VWF $50, to be dismissed if court costs are paid by Sept. 11, 2014 (West Newbury).

Christoper Girardin, 41, 22 Orchard St., Byfield; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, six months in house of correction, suspended for two years, 14-day inpatient rehab, two-year loss of license, HIF $250, VWF $50, OUI-V $50 (Newbury).

Nicholas Cross, 23, 4 Kents Way, Byfield; larceny over $250 reduced to larceny under $250, continued without finding for six months, VWF $50, (Newbury).

Janine Rogers, 42, 14 Woodman Way, Newburyport; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, pretrial probation for two months, VWF $50 (Newburyport).
