NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Seth A. Nyberg, 19, 37 Elmira Ave., Newburyport, was issued a summons Wednesday at 10:49 p.m. on charges of violating an abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime. Officer Christopher McDonald issued the summons following an incident on Woodman Way.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

Kimberly A. Comtois, 32, 59 Observatory Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. on charges of allowing or operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Eric Gorski issued the summons on Main Street.

Debra S. Ball, 111 Groveland St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 4:40 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Officer Heather Riley issued the summons on School Street.

GEORGETOWN

The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Kenneth Collins, 21, 14 Baldpate Road, Georgetown, was arrested Thursday at 3:15 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $250. Sgt. Scott Hatch made the arrest on Baldpate Road.
