Ethan H. Northley, 18, 7 Lincoln St., Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 10:28 p.m. and charged with person under 21 in possession of alcohol and resisting arrest. Officers Robert Vatcher, Gregory Whitney and Kevin Martin made the arrest on Fair Street.
The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:
David F. Kalapinski, 59, 4 Feeley Terrace, Amesbury, was arrested Friday at 12:58 p.m. and charged with assault and battery. At the same time, Sally R. Daigle, 47, same address, was issued a summons on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officers Matthew Cunningham, David Clark and Jason Kooken made the arrest on Feeley Terrace.
Seth A. Nyberg, 19, 12 Aubin St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 2:57 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Robert Chatigny, Cunningham and Clark made the arrest on Aubin Street.
Nathan Haskins, 22, 69 Prospect St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:37 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Officers Ronald Guilmette, Steven Reed, Carl Lesage, Charles Sciacca and Sgt. Richard Poulin made the arrest on Ash Street.
Edmund J. Leonardis, 46, 5 Laurel Road, Hooksett, N.H., was issued a summons Saturday at 6:54 p.m. on charges of driving with a defective headlight, marked lanes and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense). Officer Thomas Nichols, Lauren Tirone and Sgt. David Noyes issued the summons on Interstate 95.
Rocco L. Thurlow, 32, 263 Walton Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 12:22 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations and marked lanes. Officers Nichol, Kevin Mulrenin and Sgt. Noyes made the arrest on Raymond Drive.
