NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trialss were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, Dec. 17, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Gregg W. Burrill, 32, 10 Aubin St., Amesbury; forgery, guilty, 18 months probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, with six months in the Salvation Army program; uttering counterfeit note, dismissed (Newburyport).

Danielle Lilly, 40, 152 Endicott St., Apt. 210, Danvers; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (keys), dismissed; domestic assault and battery, dismissed (Salisbury).

Patrick Fenton, 30, 74 John St., Providence, R.I.; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for 18 months with no travel restriction, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Nicholas Slepoy, 21, 27 Dodge Road, Rowley; possession to distribute class D drugs, dismissed; possession of class D drugs, continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 VWF (Rowley).

Otha L. Farris Jr., 164 Whitehall Road, B2A1, Amesbury; two counts of violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty on both counts, 18 months probation for each charge to be served concurrently (Amesbury).

Tara Eaton, 42, 48 Old County Road, Salisbury; disorderly conduct (subsequent offense), guilty, $100 fine, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Carolos Galeana, 42, 77 Market St., Amesbury; driving after license suspension (subsequent offense), continued without finding and probation for six months, $50 VWF, $100 court costs (Amesbury).

Meaghan M. MacNichol, 22, 2 Wildewood Drive, Lynnfield; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF (Amesbury).

Joshua Horvitz, 24, 128 Railroad Ave., Salisbury; negligent driving, two years in the house of correction, one year to be served and the balance suspended with three years probation conditioned upon completion of the Level 3 program at the Office of Community Correction, remaining drug and alcohol free, and completing the State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, $50 VWF, $250 HIF; fail to stop for police, guilty, filed; unlicensed driving, guilty, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (State Police); assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a motor vehicle), continued without finding and probation for three years; negligent driving, guilty, two years in the house of correction, one year to be served and the balance suspended with three years probation; fail to stop for police guilty, filed; fugitive from justice on a court warrant for shoplifting in New Hampshire, defendant waived extradition for return to the jurisdiction (Merrimac).
