All sentences to be served concurrently.

Mark Glasker, 53, 97 River Road, Merrimac; unlicensed driving, continued for three months, $50 VWF; uninsured driving, continued for three months; driving after registration suspension, continued for three months (Newburyport).

Dennis F. Lopez, 59, 15.5 Titcomb St., Apt. 3, Newburyport; domestic assault and battery, dismissed without prejudice (Newburyport).

Ian Walker, 42, 11 Gunstock Road, Kingston, N.H.; driving after license suspension, continued for four months, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Firdosh Lohar, 24, 56 Union St., Andover; driving after license suspension, continued for six months, $50; number plate violation, not responsible (Rowley).

Wendy Woodbury, 45, 123 Railroad Ave., Apt. C, Salisbury; violation of a harassment prevention order, dismissed without prejudice (Salisbury).

Amy Mazzatto, 19, 39 Main St., Salisbury; leaving the scene of property damage, dismissed without prejudice (Newburyport).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Dec. 19, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Jason Lenes, 18, 104 Pleasant St., Newburyport; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Scott A. Godfrey, 43, 120 County Road, Apt. 15, Ipswich; violation of an abuse prevention order, guilty, one year in the house of correction, 13 days to be and deemed served with the balance suspended and probation for one year conditioned upon compliance with the restraining order, $50 VWF, $25 Restraining Order fee (Rowley).

Michael L. Soucy, 56, 34 Elm St., Apt. 1, Salisbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guity, one year in the house of correction, suspended with two years probation conditioned upon completion of a 14-day inpatient substance abuse treatment program, two-year loss of license, $50 VWF, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and two years probation; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; fail to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of an address/name change, responsible, filed; fail to wear seat belt, responsible, filed (Salisbury).
