NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, Dec. 20, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Matthew Battistini, 54, 27 Washington St., Haverhill; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for four months, $50 VWF; vehicle lights violation, not responsible; speeding, not responsible (Salisbury).

Kenneth A. Alberigi, 52, 24 Byfield Road, Groveland; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF (Newbury).

Jeremy R. Woundy, 32, 11 L St., Newburyport; driving after license suspension, continued without finding and probation for one year. $50 VWF; unregistered vehicle, not responsible (West Newbury).

Janet M. Schofield, 67, 250 North End Blvd., Salisbury; assault and battery, continued for six months conditioned upon no abuse of the victim (Salisbury).

David J. Carnevale, 56, 246 North End Blvd, Box 5785, Salisbury; two counts of assault and battery with injury on a disabled person or person 60 years of age or older, each count continued for six months conditioned upon no abuse of the victim (Salisbury).

Rudolph Tetreault, 82, 250 North End Blvd., Salisbury; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a plastic PVC pipe), continued for six months conditioned upon no abuse of the victim (Salisbury).

Hans Muehien, 34, 10 Chapel St., Apt. 10R, Newburyport; keeping a noisy and disorderly house, guilty, $200 fine (Newburyport).
