NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Thursday, Dec. 19, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

William M. Baker, 36, 33 Baker Road, Salisbury; malicious destruction of property less than $250, guilty, two years probation, must remain drug and alcohol free with random screens, restitution to be no more than $250, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; resisting arrest, guilty, one year in house of correction, 90 days to be served, 31 days deemed served, balance suspended two years while on probation (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Dec. 20, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Sean C. Bryant, 46, 85 Orchard St., Lynn; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), dismissed; marked lanes, not responsible (Salisbury).

Daniel Kane, 28, 29 Glen Devin St., Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), admission of sufficient facts, 60 days in house of correction, 32 days credit, two-year loss of license, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, responsible, filed; marked lanes, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Monday, Dec. 23, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Kyle S. Nickerson, 21, 20 Donovan Drive, West Newbury; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for nine months, complete State Courts Against Road Rage course, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes, not responsible; fail to wear seat belt, responsible, filed (West Newbury).
